French business law firm FTPA is advising Franck Michel, Court Administrator, and Cosme Rogeau, Court Liquidator, in connection with the global sale of assets of NORTEL NETWORKS SA.
After several restructuring operations, the former leading North American telecommunications equipment supplier has been placed under creditor protection worldwide and, in particular European insolvency proceedings, including its main French operating subsidiary, NORTEL NETWORKS SA.
FTPA partners, Antoine Tchekhoff and Edouard Fabre, have been advising on the restructuring process since May 2009, handling all aspects of the insolvency process and sale of the French subsidiary’s assets.
