French business law firm FTPA has announced the appointment of Rajeev Sharma Fokeer as partner in the firm’s commercial litigation/arbitration department, bringing the number of partners within the department to 6.
An associate within the firm since 2002, Rajeev Sharma Fokeer mainly acts on international litigation and arbitration matters, as well as corporate restructurings, domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and international contracts.
Rajeev Sharma Fokeer has extensive knowledge in handling matters relating to the media and film industries, particularly on film production and financing. Lastly, he advises on aviation law issues, with a focus on the regulatory (grants and State aid, competition, etc.) and commercial aspects (corporate liability, relations with travel and forwarding agencies, etc.).
