Business law firm FTPA is pleased to announce the arrival of Alexandre OMAGGIO as Counsel and the appointment of Coralie OGER as Counsel, both in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department.

Coralie and Alexandre will bolster our expertise in corporate law and stock exchange regulations based on their exceptional backgrounds”, states Nathalie Younan, partner in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department.

Coralie OGER, 33 years, has been serving at FTPA since June 2009. She advises on corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and stock exchange transactions. Prior to joining FTPA, Coralie served for 7 years at Latham & Watkins (Paris), including one year in the corporate department of the firm’s Orange County office (USA), where she acted on several U.S corporate and securities law cases.

Education:
•    Specialised Master’s degree in international law and Management (HEC-ECP-EAP))
•    A Master’s degree in international business law (Jean Moulin University – Lyon III).

Alexandre OMAGGIO, 33 years, has joined FTPA after serving at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP for eight years, including one year in New York. Admitted to the Paris and New York Bar Associations, Alexandre specialises in corporate law and stock exchange transactions. His main field of practice is mergers & acquisitions involving listed and non-listed companies, corporate restructurings and corporate litigation. He also advises on capital markets matters, particularly issuers on stock exchange regulations and corporate governance. He lectures and writes on corporate law.

Education:
•    Master’s degrees in business law  (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas)
•    Master’s degree in private law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne)
•    LL.M. (Columbia Law School, New York)
