Business law firm FTPA has expanded its expertise to tax law. The new department will be managed by Nicolas MESSAGE, who joins the firm as partner.
Prior to hiring Nicolas Message and creating the tax department, FTPA relied on its network of specialised firms to handle its clients tax matters.
Aged 34, Nicolas MESSAGE, joins the firm after having begun his career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he served for eight year, and later joined Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent as partner.
Nicolas MESSAGE’s expertise mainly spans advice to multinational groups and banks on matters pertaining to stock market operations, M&A tax and structured finance. He also advises high net worth individuals on estate planning and management as well as on setting up real estate holding structures.
Nicolas MESSAGE has been a tax law lecturer at the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas since 2005 and has written numerous articles published in French and international tax and Law reviews. Nicolas MESSAGE is also a member of International Fiscal Association and IACF (institute of tax lawyers).
