France Telecom - Orange has completed its 100% acquisition of the share capital of Compagnie Européenne de Téléphonie (CET).

Following the transaction, France Telecom – Orange takes control of the entire distribution network of Photo Service, Photo Station, PhotoService.com and franchised Orange boutiques as well as the activities of CGIN, a 100%-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of photographs through the sales points and the photoservice.com web site.

France Telecom can now implement Orange’s strategy in terms of sales support, point of sales services and customer assistance at Photo Station and Photo Service sales points, in line with what is currently done in France Telecom stores.

France Telecom was advised by FTPA’s team led by Robert Corcos (partner), assisted by Alexandre Omaggio (counsel) for the corporate aspects, Marion Choukroun for intellectual property aspects, Anne Doguet for employment law aspects, Caroline Duguet and Damien Eizaguirre for the commercial leases aspects.

Bredin Prat advised the seller, Compagnie du Téléphone, with a team made up of Richard Schepard, Eric Grangeon and Laurence Vincent.
