We regularly assist air transport insurers as well as aircraft and helicopter constructors, particularly for matters relating to product liability and air transport accidents.

We also advise and assist our clients in matters relating to their relations with the administrative and airport co-ordination authorities (DGAC, ACNUSA, COHOR, agents).

Two partners are in charge of these issues, namely: Serge-Antoine Tchekhoff and Laurent Archambault, both of whom have private pilot licences for aeroplanes and helicopters (with IFR qualification).
