Piera CAVANNA mainly advises on corporate law, commercial contracts law and mergers & acquisitions.

As a former legal counsel to a leading French group, she has gained extensive experience in assisting companies in the day-to-day management of legal matters. She equally helps them define and implement their restructuring and growth strategies. She is also skilled in issues of the shipping industry, international trade, military equipment and construction.

Piera CAVANNA regularly assists Italian firms and groups with business undertakings in France (both for advice and litigation purposes) or those seeking to establish themselves in France.

Piera CAVANNA graduated from Paris X Nanterre University with a Master’s diploma in Private Law and has been a member of Paris Bar since 1998.
