Founding partner of the firm, Serge-Antoine TCHEKHOFF has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1977.

He created FTPA based on a single belief: legal advice is based on an overall strategic vision of the cases handled and a deep understanding of the clients’ professions.

He succeeded in bringing together a group of seasoned professionals from all fields of business law who share his vision of the profession.

Serge-Antoine Tchekhoff has gained extensive experience in matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, contract law, distribution law, corporate law and litigation, enabling him to adopt a transversal working approach when handling different operations. He advises clients and defends them in the event of litigation.

A graduate of Paris University (Master’s in Business Law) and the University of Michigan Law School, Serge-Antoine Tchekhoff is a member of the justice commission of the Institut Montaigne.

Serge-Antoine TCHEKHOFF also holds specialisation certificates in business law and commercial law (1994).
