Nathalie Younan mainly acts on mergers and acquisitions and has developed extensive skills in competition and distribution law.

Nathalie Younan advises and represents several French corporate groups in matters pertaining to implementing legal strategies, including all their growth and restructuring operations.

Drawing from years of international experience, she often acts for foreign groups, namely American, Swedish, Lebanese and Irish, helping them with the running of their business interests in France (incorporation, acquisition of interests, commercial contracts, closing down secondary offices).

Nathalie Younan holds the following qualifications: a Master’s degree in Torts and Contracts Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University; a Master’s degree in Litigation and Arbitration from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University; and a LL.M degree from Harvard Law School. She won the “Concours Général des Universités en Droit Public” award.

Nathalie Younan is a member of the Paris Bar (1997) and the New York Bar (2000).

Nathalie Younan is the Vice President of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe and Maître de Conférence at  HEC (HEC-Entrepreneurs). She is also a member of the NYSBA and the IBA.
