Edouard Fabre mainly acts on matters pertaining to business litigation as well as assisting financially distressed companies.

He also acts on corporate liability issues in the event of industrial and commercial litigation in France and abroad.

He has vast experience and expertise in handling insolvency proceedings and works alongside managers or receivers to define prevention, business recovery and bankruptcy procedures.

Edouard Fabre was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996 and holds Master’s certificate in Business and Tax Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a Master’s degree in International Business from Paris V René Descartes University.
