Nicolas MESSAGE is in charge of the tax law practice for FTPA. He provides French and international tax expertise to international groups and investment banks. He is particularly involved in the tax aspects of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has also an extensive experience in tax optimization for high net worth individuals and in establishing real estate holding structures.
Nicolas Message is also a tax law lecturer at the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas and the author of numerous articles published in French and international tax and Law reviews.
He holds a LL.M. in Business Law (University of London - 2004), a post-graduate degree in Accounting and Finance (2003), a Master’s degree in Law and International Management (HEC Business School - 2002), a D.E.A. in Business Law (University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne - 2002) as well as a D.E.S.S. in Tax Law (University of Toulouse - 2001).
