Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac acts on business law matters and offers advice in terms of defining legal strategies to companies and corporate groups, both French and foreign, particularly in the media and retail sectors.

Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac is a specialist in intellectual property and media law. He has extensive experience of French and international law issues arising in licensing contracts, brands and copyrights protection, including licensing contracts.

In addition, he advises international corporate groups, particularly based in the US and UK, for matters pertaining to distribution and consumer products law. He also assists them in their commercial litigation issues.

Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and holds a Magistère (graduate diploma) in Business Law, DJCE (graduate diploma) in Corporate Law, and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University.
