Laurent Archambault is a renowned specialist in business litigation. He represents several French and foreign companies and corporate groups in cases involving industrial litigation, commercial disputes as well as distribution and post-acquisition operations.

In addition, Laurent Archambault represents clients in matters relating to corporate liability before civil and criminal Courts. He has gained considerable experience in aviation law and particularly in matters concerning airline liability.

He also advises foreign and international companies in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, terms & conditions of sales or outsourcing and cooperation agreements.

A member of AIJA, Laurent Archambault graduated from Lyon III University with a Master’s certificate in Business Law, from University of Essex with a Master’s certificate in Business Law and from University of Kent, Canterbury with a LL.M in Commercial Law. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1994.

Prior to joining FTPA, he served for several years at Simmons & Simmons and later Jeantet & Associés.
