Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Boriana Guimberteau mainly advises on intellectual and industrial property law (copyrights, brands, patents, designs, models), as well as distribution and consumer products law.

She holds a degree in Business Law from Bordeaux University and a Masters degree in Intellectual Property from Paris II University.

Boriana Guimberteau is a member of APRAM (association for practitioners in brands and models law) and the International Trademark Association.

Prior to joining FTPA, Boriana Guimberteau was an intellectual property in-house Counsel at LVMH (2000-2004).
