Emilie JOST acts on issues concerning litigation and commercial contracts in mergers & acquisitions.

She holds a certificate in integrated legal studies (CEJI) from the universities of Lille (France), Sarrebruck (Germany) and Warwick (England). She also holds a Master’s in EU Law, with a major in International and European Business from Strasbourg University.
