Admitted to the Paris Bar, Lovisa SODERBERG mainly advises on corporate and commercial law, both for counsel and litigation.
Prior to joining FTPA she worked at Eversheds LLP, where she assisted foreign companies seeking to establish entities in France. Lovisa SODERBERG also gained experience in the legal department of a major French international group, where she assisted in the day-to-day aspects of corporate law. Her working languages are French, English and Swedish.
She holds a master's certificate in business law (2007), a master's degree in international business law (2008) and a DJCE (2008) from the University of Aix-en-Provence.
