FTPA has training offers for students all year long. The applicants are chosen based on the quality of their educational background, English skills and their capacity to work within a competent, dynamic and lively team.

Recruitment of Associates

FTPA usually recruits its associates among candidates who have undergone training at least once within the firm, as the firm recognises the importance of maintaining a harmonious and constructive working atmosphere.

However, other applications are also seriously considered, as long as the applicant meets the required qualifications. All applicants are required to have a good command of English. The new associates join a team keen on maintaining good interpersonal relationships and capable of working with other teams within the firm to devise innovative solutions for the French and international clients of the firm.
